What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We tailor each quote for your specific needs. Most of the time it's a flat fee based on the scope and size of the job, so let's talk about it! The quote is built just for you, so call or drop me a note to get started!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We ask lots of initial questions to determine exactly what you need, and what your expectations are. Time, date, specific needs/requirements for you. Communication from the start, all the way through the job, and follow-up after. Communication is key.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Experience. I (Diana) have been working in people's homes since 2003. As a kitchen designer, I am very aware how intimate your space is, and how important it is to you. All my cleaners are already experienced professionals. They're vetted extensively by me personally before they enter your home. I trust them, so you can trust us.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After so long as a kitchen designer, and a desire to build a business from scratch, it was a natural next step to choose a business that partners with other professional to do excellent work in your home! I've already been doing it for so long! I just happen to love cleaning, and am always amazed at what a difference it makes in how you FEEL in your home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential cleaning mostly. Standard, recurring cleaning. One-time deep cleaning. Move-out cleaning for realtors and property managers for both long-term and short-term rentals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked with another cleaner on a pretty messy apartment move-out recently. A studio apartment that took two cleaners 4 hours (so 8 hours total). To take a space that was stained, grimy, with trash all over, to sparkling like BRAND NEW is so satisfying... You have no idea... ; ) A good cleaner LOVES that feeling, and wants to do it as often as possible...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I tend to believe a local, small business is the way to go for something like this. We're right here, in your area, and can really customize things for you. If something urgent comes up, we're right here, ready to help. I'm part of many pockets of communities in the Portland/Vancouver area, so many people know me, the work I do, and the kind of person I am! That's important when you're asking a business to come into your home in such an intimate way.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How vetted are the cleaners? How experienced are they? Are they background checked? Do you get the feeling the person you're talking to about your project is listening to you? Do you feel like they understand what you expect?
